Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Return Information
Reasons for Return: We accept no-reason returns within 21 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
- Please follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item to the specified address.
- Refunds will be issued after we receive the item and confirm its condition.
Cost Information:
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs of $10.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Exchange Information
Reasons for Exchange: We accept exchanges without reason within 21 days of receipt.
Exchange Process:
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
- Follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item to the specified address.
- We will send a replacement item of equal value after receiving and confirming the condition of the returned item.
Cost Information:
Exchange Shipping: Unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs of $10.
Important Notes:
- All refunds will be minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We allow only one exchange per order; customers may choose either an exchange or a full refund.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please request a return or exchange within 21 days of receipt.
